A talented new chef has joined the team at The White Lion.
We are now looking forward to offering an increasingly varied and exciting menu. We will be keeping our famous Beer Battered Haddock which is now served with homemade Tartar Sauce. Our hugely popular Steak and Ale Pie is still with us but we are keen to try something new.
Recent specials have included Chicken Ceasar Salad: Smoked Bacon with White Onion Marmalade and Lancashire Cheese Tart and Chicken Liver Parfait with Red Onion Marmalade.
